Ooh. This is going to be a fun topic!
When I was younger, I absolutely LOVED doing giants. I felt like I was flying.
I also liked double twists and double backs on floor.
I liked jeagers when I actually caught the bar.
Standing back pikes and handspring back tuck series on beam.
Yurchenkos were my favorite vault, but I was better at tsuks (until I blew my knee out landing one).
As for dance elements Tour jetes on beam were fun and difficult.
switch side leaps were fun to perform.
I don't know if it's a dance or acrobatic skill, but I loved Onodis I could really only do them on floor, though.
The piked half shushonova that Zamo does in her floor routine was my absolute favorite part of my floor routine though.
And my switch leap, straddle jump, tuck full jump on beam was my favorite dance pass.

I loved doing aerials, either front or side ones.
